Capturing pre-pop data into funnel paths.

Each ITEM that is used to capture data can also be used to capture pre-populated data from a URL string.

To achieve this we leverage the GET VARIABLE setting in ITEMS.

SETTING THE GET VARIABLE

1. Open ITEM, scroll down to DEFAULT VALUE and select GET VARIABLE

2. Add the variable name.  This will set the pattern match criteria for a url match.

3. Populating a URL with variables will trigger your landing page to capture the variable names and pre-populate them into the form.
