Linkouts are are a type of ITEMS  and can be accessed / created from the ITEMS menu on the left hand menu bar.

To CREATE a new item, click the CREATE ITEM button on the top right of your screen:

From the ITEM TYPE dropdown, select 'HTML Element'

Name your item & add your HTML code to the content section, then SAVE ITEM.

Once you've completed this process, your item will be saved in the ITEMS list and can be added to any path.
